Sail 4th 250 Regulations Presentation

Many of you have been asking what the rules and regulations will be for the areas around the Sail 4th 250 celebrations in NYC. Come join us for information sharing about the concerning the  rules, regulations, ticketing, anchoring information, and time frames.  We will also be sharing past photos of the event to give a more clear picture of what to expect. This will be our only meeting on cruising to the Tall Ships this July 4th. 

Since this is a Thursday meeting we'll be supplying pizza for those who attend.

When: Thursday, April 9th, 7pm, in the Ward Room.

Wine Pairing Dinner:

  • Passed apps:  Little Quiches and Spanakopita

Each Table to Receive:

  • Bread Sticks
  • Cheese Boards for each table with the choices to match the wines
  1. First Wine:  Gerard Bertrand
  • Board: Creamy Goat Cheese and Brie
  • Mini Gougères
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Parmesan Crisps
  1. Second Wine: Ladouceete “Les Deux Tours”
  • Board: Endive stuffed with Chevre
  • Cod in wine on a bed of white coconut rice
  • Zucchini cakes
  • Asparagus roasted
  1. Third Wine: Domaine Niero “Les Agathes”
  • Board:  Hard cheeses & Dried Meat
  • Chicken Stew in small cups
  • Olive Tapenade on  crostini
  • Can add an additional plate
  1. Fourth Wine: Chateau Tour Bel-Air, Montagne St. Emilion
  • Board: Soft ripened cheese and Comte cheese
  • Beef tenderloin/Horseradish sauce
  • Mushroom Risotto
  • Ratatouille
  1. Fifth Wine: Vidal Fileury Muscat de Beaumes
  • Crème Brulee with raspberries, blue cheese & parm with honey, biscotti, flourless chocolate cake
