PHRF MidAtlantic is now accepting renewals and new applications.  If you intend to sail in the A or B fleets this summer you must have a valid cert before the start of Weds Series 2 (June 21).  If you intend to sail in the PHRF A or B fleet on Race Weekend, you must have a valid cert in place by Weds Jun 7^th.
